We are seeking a CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC milling machines to produce precision machined parts to specification.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for production runs
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and offsets
• Load and edit programs at the machine as needed
• Perform first article and in-process inspections to verify part quality
• Make adjustments to maintain tolerances throughout production
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills in a machine shop environment
• Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings
• Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages
• Self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
