**Pay Rate: $25 to $36 per hour (plus 10% differential)

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.
Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

3-4 years experience in a productin or job ship environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with various machining tools and measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
