What You’ll Do:**

🔹 Set up & operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines

🔹 Read blueprints & technical drawings

🔹 Perform setups, tool changes & calibration

🔹 Monitor operations for quality & efficiency

🔹 Troubleshoot & maintain CNC mills

🔹 Collaborate with a skilled team

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 5+ years CNC Mill Operator experience (Aerospace preferred)

✔ Ability to read blueprints & technical docs

✔ Familiarity with CNC programming

✔ Attention to detail & problem-solving skills

✔ U.S. Person status required
