Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator for our day shift team at our facility located in Gilbert, AZ, 85233.Normal Night Shift hours are 3:00 pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday, but currently running a flexed schedule due to overtime. Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3 - 5 axis CNC milling machines for production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
Perform machine setups, including tool changes and calibration, to meet production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC mills to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a CNC Mill Operator, preferably in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine setups for production runs.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Familiarity with CNC programming and operating systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
