IMMEDIATE HIRE POSITION-We are looking for an experienced 1st shift CNC Mill LEAD.

Responsibilities

- Read setup sheets

- Set up tools

- Build fixtures

- Make first articles

- Check/log dimensions

- Run parts on Haas CNC mills, 5 axis only.

- Solid knowledge of GD&T

- Manage machine operators

- Scheduling of operators

- Order Tools

- Planning

- At least 5 years experience with setting up & operating Haas Mills.

- Must be able to set up manual knee mills for drill/tap & reaming applications.

Industries served are automotive, aerospace, military & commercial. Our shop is state of the art and climate controlled.
