CNC OPERATOR HAAS CONTROLS Middlefield, Ohio

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Position: Full-Time | 90-Day Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture precision hubs used in industrial fan assemblies. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits available upon permanent hire.

Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas controls. Machine hubs and components used in industrial fansLoad raw materials and remove completed parts. Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment. Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and tolerances. Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments. Monitor machines and maintain production quality. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements: Previous CNC machining experience required. Experience with Haas controls strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
