Job Description

For the CNC Milling Lead position, We are looking for a candidate with strong milling experience and proven leadership skills. Ideally, this person will have 5+ years of milling experience and be a strong asset to the team. They should be able to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal information or support. We need second shift, which is 3pm to 130 am Monday-Thursday. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable holding team members accountable and willing to train others on proper procedures and best practices.
