Express Employment Professionals is hiring a CNC Mill Operator for a local manufacturing company in Everett, WA.

Location: Everett, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour DOE

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dependable CNC Mill Operator with machining experience to join a busy production team. In this role, you'll operate CNC milling equipment, inspect parts for quality, read blueprints, and perform basic setup and machine adjustments. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines and related equipment.
• Load and unload materials and workpieces safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make minor offset and tool wear adjustments as needed.
• Identify and report machining, equipment, or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Assist with production tooling and equipment-related projects as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Working knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred

• Experience operating Haas CNC equipment.
• Ability to perform basic machine setups and adjustments.
• Familiarity with CNC controls and minor program edits.
• Technical or vocational training in machining or related fields.

• Ability to maintain quality standards and work within specified tolerances.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work around machinery, cutting tools, coolant, and metal materials.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
