Responsibilities

• Set up program and operate HAAS CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
