Job Description

A growing precision manufacturing company in New Holland, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with 3- to 5-axis programming experience to join its team. What You'll Do

-Set up and operate 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines

-Program new parts and edit existing programs using Mastercam

-Machine precision components to tight tolerances

-Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other tools

-Troubleshoot machining and programming issues

- Reverse engineer parts and assist with print creation or edits

-Maintain quality standards and ensure a safe, organized workspace

-Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements

-Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist in a job shop or production environment

-Hands-on setup and operation experience with CNC milling machines

-5-axis CNC programming experience

-Proficiency in Mastercam

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

-Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferences

-Experience reverse engineering components

-Ability to create or modify prints

-Experience working with complex or tight-tolerance parts

-Prior exposure to continuous improvement initiatives

-Strong team collaboration skills
