Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machining processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC mill machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
