Job Description

TekPro is partnered with a leading manufacturer of metallic components for industrial machinery in their search for a CNC Machinist! (First Shift, CNC mill)

Job Requirements:

Main machining capability: Perform 3 axis Milling on a Yama Seiki 1250 Vertical Milling Center, Fanuc Control

set-up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machines to produce gear and bearing products

use precision measuring equipment for quality control

read blueprints to understand customer requirements

Help out with general duties around the shop to ensure a clean and safe work space

Opportunity to grow into a multi-function machinist and gain valuable skills in CNC AND manual machining

Morning shift with flexible start-time between 6-7am

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Milling setup/operating experience or more

Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23 to $32 per hour
