Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced CNC Mill Setup/Operators to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility serving the automotive, aerospace, military, and commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
Set up tools, build fixtures, and complete first articles
Check and log dimensions to ensure quality standards are met
Operate and maintain Haas CNC mills (5-axis preferred)
Set up manual knee mills for drill, tap, and reaming applications
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of CNC mill setup and operation experience (Haas preferred)
Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Experience with 5-axis machining strongly preferred
Schedule & Pay
1st shift and 2nd shift positions available
Full-time, 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities
Pay range: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
