CNC Mill Operator - $23-25/hr DOE | 4-Day Workweek | North Denver, CO

Experienced with CNC milling and precision machining? If you’ve worked as a CNC Mill Operator, CNC Mill Machinist, or in any role involving machine set-up and precision part production, this is your chance to join a dynamic North Denver manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC milling machines for production, including loading raw materials, selecting tools, and configuring machine settings

• Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, making adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy

• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on machines

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Prior CNC milling experience required, including machine operation, tooling, and programming knowledge

• Background in manufacturing, with a focus on precision machining

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools to verify dimensions

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety
