CNC Mill and Lathe Programmer/Set-Up$30.00 - $40.00 per hour(Based on Experience)

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMExpress Employment Professionals is currently seeking skilled Programmer and Set-up person to join a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 2-3 years of CNC set-up and programming experience looking to grow their career with a reputable company.Job Responsibilities:- Operate, set-up, and Program CNC machines (both Mill and Lathe)

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Perform tool changes and resets

• Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance throughout the shift

Qualifications:- 2–3 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures

• Solid understanding of math, problem-solving, mechanics, and computer skills

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Programming
• G-Code
• M-Code
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Calipers and Micrometers
