## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operating procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges to ensure product quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
