Job Description

A leading aerospace manufacturing company is looking for a CNC Metal Forming Operator to join a growing production team supporting high-precision aerospace components. This is a great opportunity for machinists or forming operators who enjoy hands-on work and want long-term stability in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC metal forming and shaping equipment

• Form sheet metal and aerospace components to blueprint specifications

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and quality standards

• Work closely with quality and production teams to meet delivery schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of CNC forming, metal forming, or sheet metal fabrication experience

• Ability to read aerospace blueprints and follow specifications

• Experience working with tight tolerances preferred

• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

• Aerospace or AS9100 environment experience is a plus
