CNC Manufacturing Technician
to support new product development, process improvement, and daily production operations. This is a critical role that works closely with machinists, supervisors, and shipping to ensure we continue delivering high-quality parts on time to our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan machining and assembly operations based on customer order requirements
- Ensure manufacturing methods are efficient and compatible with available equipment
- Design or procure special tooling and equipment as needed
- Program CNC machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently
- Set up and prove out programmed parts
- Complete Departmental Process Plans per ISO/AS standards
- Participate in Corrective Action and MRB Boards
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
- Create or revise manufacturing drawings using CAD
- Value engineer products and processes to reduce cost and lead time
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MRP, kitting, batch sizing, configuration control, workflow routings)
- Hands-on experience as a Machinist and Mastercam Programmer for vertical and horizontal machining centers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
