Job Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and helping ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing processes. The position is primarily focused on production equipment maintenance, with occasional responsibility for general facility maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to established schedules.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Inspect equipment and identify worn or defective components requiring repair or replacement.
- Install, replace, and adjust machine parts and equipment components as needed.
- Reassemble and test equipment following maintenance or repair activities to ensure proper operation.
- Read work orders, manuals, schematics, and technical documents to determine repair requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and preventative maintenance documentation.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate with production personnel to prioritize repairs and support manufacturing needs.
- Maintain spare parts inventories and identify replacement part requirements.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, hoists, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs to building systems, lighting, plumbing, and infrastructure.
- Maintain clean and organized maintenance and work areas.
- Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and company guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment and production machinery.
- Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, low-voltage control, motor control, and three-phase power systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
- Proficiency with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work-order systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance activities including standing, bending, climbing, and reaching.

- Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift certification.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Travel & Work Arrangements
- Onsite position based in Tulsa, OK.
- No travel required.
- Must be available for overtime as needed, including weekends or extended shifts.
Pay Range
Starting pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
This is a full-time, hourly position.
