Job Description

We are hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC equipment while supporting facility needs, helping improve equipment reliability and reducing downtime. MUST have prior experience maintaining CNC equipment.

CNC Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Complete machine tear-downs, rebuilds, wiring, and electrical repairs.
• Coordinate with OEMs and outside vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.
• Maintain work orders, equipment histories, and repair updates in the CMMS.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing CNC equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including industrial equipment wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Proficient computer skills and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
