Position Overview

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping precision equipment running at peak performance?

We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MI.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Support robotics and automated systems (robotics experience is a plus)
• Minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Experience with robotics and automation systems
• Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing standards
