Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines—including lathes, mills, routers, and grinders—according to production specifications and blueprints. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, particularly using GibbsCAM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet production goals.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
- Input and adjust machine settings; program CNC machines as needed.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of CNC operation experience.
- Proficiency in GibbsCAM software is required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
