Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and efficient production processes.Responsibilities:Preferably 5 years of experience in CNC lathe operation.Measurement Skills: Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.Machine Operation: Capable of running and maintaining part quality on 2 to 3 machinessimultaneously.Tool Changes: Able to perform their own tool changes efficiently.Blueprint Reading: Can read and understand blueprints accurately.Process Adherence: Follows part Process Sheets meticulously.Code Knowledge: Knowledgeable in M & G codes.CNC Functions: Familiar with basic CNC functions, including single block, optional stop, cycle stop, and federate override.Tool Offsets: Able to make precise tool offsets.Work Environment: Maintains a clean and organized work environment.Physical Requirements: Can lift up to 50 lbs.Teamwork: Works well in a team environment.CNC Setups: Capable of performing CNC setups independently.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and a team player.
