🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and/or set up CNC machining equipment to produce precision components

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as required

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards

• Maintain production efficiency while meeting tight tolerance requirements

• Follow shop safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC machining or operating experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments

• Experience with tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments preferred for machinists

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
