🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances

• Maintain quality standards while meeting production and efficiency goals

• Follow safety and shop procedures in a structured manufacturing environment

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

• Experience with setups, tooling, and machine adjustments preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts

• Ability to work 2nd shift
