## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Program CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
