## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Program CNC machines using G-code and other relevant programming languages.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and Programmer.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
