In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, as well as programming them to produce high-quality parts and components. ## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
Write and modify CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages.
Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize machining processes.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that arise during production.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC machinist/programmer with a strong understanding of CNC operations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with various CNC programming software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
