Hiring Update – Aerospace/Defense Openings
As demand continues to ramp up in the Aerospace/Defense industry, we are actively looking to fill the following positions. If you know candidates who would be a good fit, please reach out.
1st Shift Swiss Setup/Operator
Pay: $28–$35/hour
Responsibilities: Set up new parts for production, run production, or train an operator and hand off projects.
Experience: Ideally 5–7 years with tight tolerance parts in aerospace/defense; flexible if market candidates have different backgrounds.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Citizen equipment, microscopes, and deburring.
1st Shift Lathe/Turning Machinist (2 openings)
Pay: $28–$35/hour
Responsibilities: Set up and run production of parts.
Experience: Ideally 3–7 years with tight tolerance parts in aerospace/defense; flexible if needed.
Preferred Skills: Experience with HAAS, Hardinge, Miyano equipment, microscopes, and deburring.
2nd Shift Swiss Operator
Pay: $28–$35/hour
Responsibilities: Run production on already set-up parts.
Experience: Ideally 5–7 years with tight tolerance parts in aerospace/defense; flexible if needed.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Citizen equipment, microscopes, and deburring.
