Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC machinist for an opening with an equipment manufacturer in Ford City. This person will program, set up and operate the machine. Will get the opportunity to work on a variety of machines and learn new skills.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a Monday- Friday 7am- 3.30pm schedule (overtime is available but not mandatory)

Competitive compensation, up to $40/hour depending on skills and experience, plus benefits package. Applicants who have made more than $40/hour will be considered on a case by case basis.

Qualifications:

• Programming experience (any type of PLC control programming experience will be considered).

• Experience working in a machine shop environment.

• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools.

• Able to stand at a machine for 8 hours and lift up to 40lbs.

• Pre-employment requirements include a criminal background check and a drug screen.

• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Blueprint Reading
