CNC Machinist Set-Up/Operator + Programmer

Location: Various positions available in Woodbury, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Princeton, Coon Rapids, Elk River, Lino Lakes, Maple Grove, Owatonna, and a few others around the Twin Cities Metro area!

Pay Range: $20.00 - $41.00 per hour (based on experience and position).

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists/Operators to join our teams at multiple locations. These positions are integral to the manufacturing process, requiring precision, attention to detail, and expertise in CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine setup, programming, and operation, along with a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and other related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
Adjust machine settings to ensure products meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in CNC machining or related field (experience level may vary by position).
Proficiency with G-code and M-code programming (preferred).
Familiarity with materials such as aluminum, steel, and composites.
Strong understanding of shop math, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprint reading.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machine or process issues.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in CNC machining are a plus.

Work Conditions:

Positions may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
