Required Skills: CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), GD&T, Machine Setups for Production Runs

Machine Brands Used: Haas, Matsuura, Mazak, Okuma

Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist SETUP to join our team at our facility in Addison, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Mill and Lathe machines, as well as proficiency in GD&T and setting up machines for production runs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) machines
• Perform machine setups for production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process
• Work with machine brands such as Haas, Matsuura, Mazak, and Okuma

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNC Machinist SETUP
• Proficiency in GD&T
• Ability to set up and operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
