We’re looking for skilled professionals experienced with Toyota, Mazak, Mazatrol, Hardinge, and Fanuc-G code systems, who thrive on detail, precision, and high performance in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision components holding tolerances as tight as +/- 0.001 or smaller.

• Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and complex G-code or Mazatrol programs.

• Perform tool changes, machine offsets, and part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Proactively troubleshoot, adjust, and optimize machine functions for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with skilled coworkers and supervisors on production goals and continuous improvement.

• Consistently ensure part quality and document production activity.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on CNC machining experience with proven proficiency in setup and operation.

• Familiarity with Toyota, Mazak, Mazatrol, Hardinge, and Fanuc-G code machine systems.

• Manual machining experience also a plus.

• Ability to read technical prints and use a full range of inspection tools.

• Trade, vocational, or technical school graduation a plus!

• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable transportation.
