Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 7 - 10 years minimum experience in the set-up and operation of CNC Lathes and Mills. At least 5 - 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the know how to interpret prints
• Ability to manufacture parts, safely, consistently, within standards, and profitably
• A very high attention to detail and able to work in a team environment, on various projects at one time, and meet self-imposed deadlines
• Ability to read blueprints/solid models and update paperwork neatly and accurately
• Ability to read and communicate extremely effectively in English
• Proficiency in the use of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, GO / NO GO gages, etc. ·
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as supervisor

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• CNC Programming
• G-Code
• M-Code

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
