CNC Machinist / Programmer Requirements:

• 2 + Years of CNC Machining & Programming in Tool Making, Etc required
• Able to Program on CNC Mill or Lathes required
• Experience working on Haas or Mazak CNC Machines, and Horizontal Boring Mills preferred

CNC Machinist / Programmer Responsibilities:

• This role involves manufacturing precision tooling and machined parts using CNC and manual machine tools
• Responsibilities include setting up, programming, and operating Haas and Mazak CNC mills, lathes, horizontal boring mills, and other shop equipment
• Additional duties may include reading blueprints, setting up machines, machining and inspecting parts, troubleshooting machining issues, and making program adjustments
• Work includes manufacturing precision tooling, molds, dies, fixtures, prototype and production machined parts, and custom components for the aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, oil & gas, home appliance, and industrial manufacturing industries

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Programming
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
