Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and drilling (2D/3D)

• Set up and operate machines, perform tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting

• Ensure part quality using precision measuring tools and collaborate with quality team

• Support continuous improvement and train junior machinists

Requirements

• 2-5 years of CNC machining & programming experience

• Strong blueprint reading & GD&T knowledge

• Experience with HAAS systems preferred

• Familiarity with CAM software and precision instruments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Programming
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Troubleshooting CNC Machines
