Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer for a manufacturing facility in the Lower Burrell, PA area. This is a skilled position working with a variety of CNC machines and programming platforms in a production environment offering long-term career potential.

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday

• Four 10-hour shifts (Daylight)

• Overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Program and operate CNC equipment using Mastercam

• Program 2D and 3D machining and drilling operations

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC Lathe/Mill equipment

• Program and operate CNC VTL with live tooling (78” diameter chuck x 60” height)

• Program and operate Quickmill Drill (55” x 60” x 12” height)

• Operate Haas CNC and manual lathes

• Operate Fadal CNC Mill/Drill (35” x 60”)

• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed

• Maintain quality standards and follow job specifications

Requirements:

• CNC programming and operating experience required

• Experience with Mastercam required

• Experience with Mazak equipment strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and maintain production timelines

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
