CNC Machinist / Programmer

Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is hiring a CNC Machinist / Programmer for a well-established precision manufacturing company in Irwin, PA.

Location: Irwin, PA

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machining centers
• Perform machine changeovers and tooling setups
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make minor program edits and offset adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
• Maintain production documentation and quality records
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining and programming experience required
• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with G-Code programming and machine setup
• Strong understanding of machining practices and tolerances
• Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Haas Mill & Lathe experience
• CNC Router experience
• CAD/CAM programming
• Precision manufacturing environment
• Tooling selection and process optimization
