What You’ll Do:

You will own the process from programming to production, working directly at the machine using MasterCAM, setting up, and operating 3-axis mills. This is a hands-on role where your skill and precision directly impact the quality and delivery of every part.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime available as needed

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate mill, lathe, and other machines as needed
Program parts at the machine on MasterCAM
Perform 1st article inspection
Troubleshoot problems with the machine or program

Qualifications:

Experience setting up and operating 3 axis mills ( 5 axis and/or live tooling is a plus!)
Experience programming parts on MasterCAM
Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, indicators, and the like)
Ability to read and understand drawings
Strong desire to learn and grow with the company!

CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
CAM Software (Mastercam)
