With a strong backlog of orders and ongoing investments in cutting-edge technology, this 13-person team runs over 20 machines—including 3-5 axis mills and lathes with live tooling—and is continuing to grow.

What You’ll Do:

You will own the process from programming to production, working directly at the machine using MasterCAM, setting up, and operating 3-axis mills. This is a hands-on role where your skill and precision directly impact the quality and delivery of every part.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Overtime available as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate mill, lathe, and other machines as needed
  • Program parts at the machine on MasterCAM
  • Perform 1st article inspection
  • Troubleshoot problems with the machine or program

Qualifications:

  • Experience setting up and operating 3 axis mills ( 5 axis and/or live tooling is a plus!)

  • Experience programming parts on MasterCAM

  • Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, indicators, and the like)

  • Ability to read and understand drawings

  • Strong desire to learn and grow with the company!

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
