Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist / Programmer with handson experience in brass and aluminum component manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible producing machined parts by setting up, operating and programming CNC vertical mills and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis vertical mills using Autodesk/FeatureCam software. • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for brass and aluminum. • Maintain organized records of all programs, setups, tooling lists, and process improvements.

Operate CNC Vertical mills – including program, setup and running operations. (Haas, Milltronics, Bridgeport, Mitsubishi) • Set-up and prove out new programs on CNC equipment including Pluritec: make and document on-the-fly adjustments as needed.
