The job description is simple: make great parts. Different shapes, sizes and challenges every day. Mostly short run (50 pieces or less). We have a wide range of Mazak CNC mills, lathes and live-tooling. Come work in a newly-painted, air-conditioned environment with a mix of older and brand new machines!

This job is for you if…

• You are a pro with Mazak controls. Picking up a new control will take you a few hours, not a few months.
• You are constantly looking for a better, faster way to make parts.
• You are ready and willing to push speeds & feeds and utilize the full capability of brand new equipment.
• You have been given programs to run in the past and immediately figured out several improvements to make that resulted in faster cycle times.
• You enjoy solving different, challenging problems every day.
• You have nightmares about standing in front of a Haas machine and pushing a button all day to run a 10,000 piece job.
• You get the point…

Our machinists own the manufacturing process from start to finish: programming, tool selection, fixturing, proving out, running and first piece inspection. The job comes with a lot of autonomy. It is not easy, but if you like a challenge and enjoy seeing how your efforts make a difference to the company and our customers every single day, it is very rewarding.
