Job Description

We are hiring CNC Machinists and CNC Operators (all skill levels) to support aerospace and automotive component manufacturers operating in modern, highly automated machining environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CNC machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Utilize G & M code for basic program edits and troubleshooting
• Conduct first article inspections and maintain tight tolerances
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC machines

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• CNC Tooling
• G-Code
• M-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
• Machine Setups for Production Runs

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Doosan, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Okuma, Brother, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Eurotech)
• CAM Software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Matsuura)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Doosan, Eurotech)
