As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated CNC Machinist Programmer/Operator to join our team.

Position Summary

The CNC Machinist Programmer/Operator is responsible for operating CNC machines and completing machining projects from start to finish. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or sample parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machine operation and programming, CAM programming, and quality inspection using precision measuring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines while ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Complete machining projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sample parts.
• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and thread gauges, for quality control.
• Perform machining tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Assist in resolving production-related issues as part of a team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC machine operator/programmer.
• CAM programming experience.
• Experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to use calipers and other measuring instruments.
• Experience with manual mills and lathes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastercam experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of CAM programming experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNC milling machine experience preferred.
