Job Description

We are seeking experienced CNC Mill Machinist with strong setup capabilities to join a growing manufacturing team. These openings are on 2nd shift. This facility is very clean, organized and has many brand new machines!

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes or Grinders (whichever you are best at)
• Perform first piece inspections and hold tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• 2+ years of CNC setup experience
• Experience with mills, 5 axis experience is a PLUS
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• GD&T
• Equipment Troubleshooting
• CNC Tooling
• G-Code
• M-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Haas, Okuma, Mazak, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki, Doosan, Fanuc)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Nakamura)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Kitamura, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Miyano)
