Job Description

We are looking for someone with CNC machining skills to operate a milling machine. Your experience does NOT have to be in milling but could be with lathes, grinding, or cutting etc. This manufacturer designs and builds products from primarily metals, for high tech applications like aerospace and medical. They are looking to expand their CNC machining capabilities, and for someone that can grow with them.

This is a mid-sized non- union company with around 100 employees and growing. This company is a leader in their field, has both US and global business, and they are known for their quality products. They are privately owned and people in leadership roles know their employees and show they care about them. They provide a flexible friendly, engaging, and more relaxed work environment. Employee turnover is low.

Full time Monday- Friday 6.30AM- 3PM. Pay rate $25.00-35.00 depending on experience and skills. Annual performance increases. Discretionary company bonus paid to all employees based on company performance. Full benefits package. Must be able to pass background and reference checks.
