This position offers a clean, temperature-controlled shop, a consistent first-shift schedule, and an expanding department investing in new equipment—including four new ROBODRILLs.
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision robot components.
Read blueprints and interpret GD&T requirements to produce parts to tight tolerances.
Use FANUC controls and Mastercam, with some CNC programming responsibilities.
Make machining adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
Perform visual inspections and manual measurements before sending parts to the quality team.
Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
Work with and convert between metric and English/imperial measurements.
What We’re Looking For
CNC milling experience suited to a Level 3 machinist role.
Strong blueprint-reading skills and GD&T knowledge.
Experience with FANUC controls and Mastercam.
Some CNC programming experience.
Experience holding tight tolerances and inspecting your own work.
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Interest in developing into a leadership position.
