Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC MillTurn and Lathe machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Make adjustments to machine settings and tooling as necessary to optimize production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with MillTurn and Lathe machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
