Job Description

We are currently hiring for multiple CNC Machinist positions, including a 3-Axis CNC Mill Machinist and a CNC Lathe Machinist with Mill-Turn experience.

These roles involve conversational programming, setup, and operation of precision equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail who take pride in producing high-quality parts.

Open Positions

• 3-Axis CNC Mill Machinist
• CNC Lathe Machinist (Mill-Turn Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Conversationally program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mill or lathe/mill-turn)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and meet production requirements
• Adapt to multiple jobs and priorities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
• Mill-turn experience required for lathe role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong understanding of machining processes and measuring tools
• Experience with Mazak machines preferred
• Aerospace experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
