Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5 Axis CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor machining processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with 5 Axis milling machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges to ensure precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ITAR Compliant

• Machine Setups for Production Runs

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
• CAM Software (Mastercam, Siemens NX)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
